1. Purpose of the App

Clipora: Video Player (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a media player that allows users to:

  • Play video files stored locally on their device.
  • Stream video from valid URLs provided by the user.

We do not host, provide, or distribute any video content. The App functions solely as a playback tool.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the video content you choose to access or stream.
  • You will only use video sources that are legal and properly licensed for your use.
  • You will not use the App to access or view content that violates copyright, privacy, or other applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Any costs related to internet usage, mobile data, or third-party services are your responsibility.
Note: We do not moderate or verify external links you input. Always ensure your sources are legitimate and lawful.

3. Prohibited 18+ Content

Strictly Prohibited: You must not use the App to view, play, or stream 18+ (adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate) content - even if such content exists locally on your device. Doing so is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Ethical & Religious Disclaimer

The developer is a Muslim and strongly discourages using this App to watch videos that waste time or are not allowed Islamically. If you choose to watch such content - whether streamed or stored locally - you do so of your own will and are solely accountable for your actions.

The developer disclaims responsibility for any misuse of the App, in this world and the Hereafter. Please use the App for beneficial and lawful purposes only.

5. Content Ownership

All videos you play or stream remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership over any third-party content accessed through the App.

6. No Hosting or Distribution

The App does not host, store, upload, or share any videos. We are not a content provider or distributor; the App simply plays video from your device storage or from URLs you supply.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • The availability, legality, or quality of videos accessed via external URLs.
  • Any damages, data loss, device issues, or interruptions arising from use of the App.
  • Unauthorized, illegal, or inappropriate use of the App, including viewing prohibited 18+ content or using the App in ways contrary to Islamic principles.

The App does not collect personal information unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on data handling and permissions.

9. Updates & Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
