This Privacy Policy describes how Muaaz Farooq (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Clipora: Video Player mobile application (“Application”). This Policy applies to all users worldwide. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User‑Provided Information

  • Registration Data. You may choose to register or log in via third‑party accounts. We do not require registration to use the Application’s core features.
  • Support Requests. If you contact us (e.g., via email), you may provide personal information such as your name and email address so we can respond.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We use third‑party services (see Section 3) that may collect:

  • Device identifiers (including Advertising ID)
  • Device model, operating system version, browser type
  • IP address
  • Usage data (screens viewed, session duration, interactions)
  • Crash logs and performance metrics

1.3 Location Information

We do not collect precise, real‑time GPS location.

2. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are an EU resident, our legal bases for processing your data include:

  • Consent. You consent when you agree to this Policy or enable certain features.
  • Legitimate Interests. We may process analytics and crash data to improve and secure the Application.
  • Legal Obligation. We may process data to comply with legal requirements.

5. Data Retention

  • User‑Provided Data. Retained as long as you use the Application, plus a reasonable period thereafter for operational purposes.
  • Automated Data. Retained up to 24 months by service providers, then anonymized or deleted according to their policies.

6. Data Deletion & Opt‑Out

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting feedback.clipora@gmail.com. To manage third‑party data:

  • Reset Advertising ID: In your device settings
  • Opt out of personalized ads: Via your device’s ad settings
  • Request deletion from Google: Google Data Removal Form

Uninstalling the Application will stop data collection from your device.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact feedback.clipora@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no security system is impenetrable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. We will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
